01 — The Pizza
Puffy wood-fired crust, thin base, few and honest ingredients. The size is the strategy: you eat it walking along the canal, you order on impulse, and one leads to another. Nobody stops at one.
02 — The Menu

03 — The Pigs
Clever and greedy: the neighbourhood pranksters, so fond of food they learned to make pizza themselves rather than share it. They have wings because «when pigs fly» is how people dismiss the impossible. A true Italian pizza on a Ming street over the water seemed impossible. Here, pigs fly.
They taste everything, waste nothing.

04 — The Club
A place you enter, return to, and recognise yourself in. The QR at the counter enrols you in the club: the passer-by becomes a member — and the member comes back.

05 — Locations
A red bottega under the Ming eaves, facing the canal. The counter opens onto the street; you can see — and hear — the oven from twenty metres. The neon mirrors itself in the water: it's the photo customers take before they even order.
